Potato Salad for Christmas

Ingredients
3 pounds potatoes
1/2 pound string beans
4 eggs
2 apples
1 small onion, cut in small pieces
1 pound chicken
3 garlic cloves, crushed
5 stuffed olives
1 8-ounce can red peppers
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1 8-ounce jar mayonnaise
1/2 cup olive oil
Boil potatoes, hard-boil the eggs. Cook chicken separately and cut all in small pieces. Mix all the ingredients, except olives and peppers, and season to taste. Garnish with red peppers and olives, arranging the peppers as petals around each olive. You can also add some ham cut in pieces. Serves 12.
